Candlelight vigil to commemorate Phillip McCall

Phillip McCall was an African grandfather who was murdered by Federal 
Marshals on May 18, 1998 who supposedly came to arrest him for a parole 
violation.  He was babysitting for his grandchildren who were forced to 
witness his murder.  The Federal Marshals office and the Phila DAs office 
ruled that this brutal murder was justified.

Private Criminal Complaint will be filed against Christopher DiPasqulae ,
the 
Phila police officer who murdered Donta Dawson on Oct 1. 1998.  Dawson was a 
19 year old African man who was sitting in his car, he was approached by 
Phila police officers-- a few  minutes later Dawson was shot in the head.
On 
two separate occasions charges have been brought against DiPasquale and each 
time the judge dropped the case at the preliminary hearing.
