Azam Football Club is open to negotiations

Chamazi, Dar Es Salaam based Club, Azam Football Club has made it clear that they are open to negotiations with any club that wants to sign players from their club next season. The decision was reached after the mushrooming of rumours about their star striker Obrey Chirwa who is wanted back by his former club, Yanga Sports Club.

Azam Football Club has had an impressive run in the Vodacom Premier League this season, as it stands they are at 2nd place in the league standings, while Simba Sports Club is at the top.

“If any club needs to sign a player from our club, we welcome them to negotiate with us, if we reach an agreement then we close the case. Azam Football Club has no problems with selling players to other clubs because we believe in their advancement.”

Among other players who are linked with Yanga Sports Club is Salum Abubakar ‘Sure Boy’ and it’s believed they already agreed on personal terms.

Obrey Chirwa’s contract with Azam Football Club remains 6 months and he refused to extend his stay at the club, and he might leave this summer.
