Nyasa Big Bullets football club administrative officer Albert Chigoga says the suspension of the 2020 football season has made the club to put on hold a number of partnerships which were being negotiated.
The 2020 season was suspended on 20th of March, 24 hours before kick off of the season with the action in the TNM super league due to the corona virus.
According to Chigoga, the partnerships will need to be refreshed once the season kick off and when everything returns to normal.
“The partnerships we had made during the previous season are still intact with our partners committed to support us but those partnerships which were yet to be finalised have been put on hold as the corona virus pandemic has affected almost everyone and once things normalise we should progress with everything,” he said.
In 2019, Nyasa Big Bullets managed to secure partnership deals with Into sports, AXA bus services and HTD limited before partnering with Energem in 2020 to sponsor the four team international bonanza which took place in February.
