Yanga Sports Club attacking midfielder, Benard Morrison revealed that before he joined Yanga Sports Club, their country rivals Simba Sports Club offered him a contract and wanted to sign him.
Benard Morrison since joining Yanga Sports Club has been in great shape and impact within the club and also has been linked with moving to Simba Sports Club in the next summer transfer window.
“Simba Sports Club approached me and offered their contract, and later they say I’ll receive 10,000 US Dollars from the club’s President as part of my signing fee to join Simba Sports Club.
“I was supposed to take 5000 US Dollars and the rest 5000 US Dollars will be the agents cut, I agreed but I didn’t sign their contract I needed time.
“I pulled off the deal and the contract because the agent was disturbing me about the cash I’ve received and it was not part of the deal. So I cancelled my transfer process to join Simba Sports Club,” says Benard Morrison about the rumours of him joining Simba Sports Club.
Since he arrived at Yanga Sports Club, he scored 3 goals and assisted 3 in 10 Vodacom Premier League matches this season.
