Former Silver Strikers football club and Malawi national football team midfielder Ndaziona Chatsalira said the coronavirus pandemic has made him wait a little longer before he start playing for his new club ENH FC in the Macombola premier league in Mozambique.
Chatsalira was nicknamed Mr K6 million after a record breaking move as the most expensive player in 2012 when he moved from Escom United to Silver Strikers where he played for 4 seasons before leaving for Mozambique to play for Ferroviario de Nampula.
Last season the left footed winger agreed to a two years deal with ENH FC after a year long with ferraviario de Nacala. He is yet to feature for the side as the league was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic which has hit the whole world but is optimistic to help his new club once the league start.
“I am yet to start playing for my new club as my move was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. I am hopeful once everything is over we will return to the pitch and I will work hard to earn a play in the starting team as the team has 17 new players which will be like building a new team all together,” said Chatsalira.
ENH FC will be the third club in the Mozambique premier league to take on board Ndaziona Chatsalira since 2016 when he joined ferroviaro de Nampula where he played for two years before joining ferroviaro de nacala.
