South African National First Division (NFD) side TS Sporting football club seems to have seen potential in Malawian players as it’s now chasing for the services of Blue Eagles and Malawi national football team captain Christopher John Banda currently playing on loan for UD Songo in Mozambique.
Blue Eagles chairman Alexander Ngwala has confirmed receiving a letter from TS Sporting showing interest to buy the player who has played three seasons in Mozambique and that they need to sit down as a club to see the kind of offer tabled by the South African side.
“TS Sporting is still interested to seal a deal for CJ Banda and as a club we can not refuse to let him join the club if they bring fourth a good offer and if we see that the deal will also benefit the player in many ways”, said Ngwala.
The Mpumalanga province based club already has on board Malawi national football team striker Chawanangwa Kaonga who joined the club in January this year and is also interested to sign Nyasa Big Bullets midfielder Peter Banda.
