First Division League club to battle for Semi-final spot


Sahare All-Stars from Tanga region is the only club from first division league to qualify for Quarterfinals of Azam Sports Federation Cup this season. Sahare All-Stars is up against all odds to secure their spot in the Azam Sports Federation Cup semi-finals as they face Ndanda Football Club in the quarterfinals.

Azam Sports Football Club quarter-finalist list is made of eight clubs, seven of them are from Vodacom Premier League and one from First Division League.

Azam Sports Federation Cup quarter finalist was selected today May 29, 2020, and resulted in having two major challenging draws.

The defending Champions of Azam Sports Federation Cup Azam Football Club will play Vodacom Premier League defending champions Simba Sports Club.

Yanga Sports Club will host Kagera Sugar, Yanga Sports Club will be looking to ask themselves towards Kagera Sugar, as they once lost in the Vodacom Premier League by 3-0 against Kagera Sugar.

Another clash of two Vodacom Premier League sides is between Namungo Football Club and Alliance Football Club. Last but not least is First Division League club ‘ Sahare All-Stars ‘against Vodacom Premier League side ‘Ndanda Football Club’. The quarter-finals fixtures will start to kick of on June 27 or 28 this year.
