Serie A side Lazio striker Ciro Immobile has won the 2019/20 golden shoe award after completing the season with 36 goals.
The golden shoe award is given to the person who has scored more goals among all the top leagues in Europe and Immobile has defeated other European top league top goal scores who have scored fewer goals than him.
The English Premier League (EPL) has seen Jamie Vardy winning the golden boot with 23 goals while the Spanish premier league has Lionel Messi who scored 25 goals.
Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandoski is second on the standings with 34 goals and the Lazio star has snatched the shoe from Barcelona and Argentina forward who won it in the past three consecutive seasons.
