Juventus will have to wait a little longer before they secure their 9th consecutive Seria A title in the Italian league when they lost 2-1 to Udinese at the Dacia Arena on Thursday.
The Seria A defending champions were 1 up at the end of the first half thanks to a goal scored by Mattew de Ligt which came 3 minutes before the break.
In the second half, Udinese which is trying to avoid relegating, fought back to equalise in the 52nd minute through Nestorovski. With the game near its end, Fofana was the hero for the home side as he scores the winner in extra time to break the hearts of Juventus.
Juventus is on position 1 in the Italian league with 80 points from 35 games while the win has seen Udinese climb to 15th position with 39 points.
In another match on Thursday at Stadio Olimpico, Lazio were 2-1 winners over Cagliari to move within 8 points of league leaders Juventus.
The visitors took the lead with the last kick of the first half through Simeone but Lazio responded quickly just after the start of the second half as Milinkovic-Savic equalised on the 47th minute before Immobile scored the winner on the hour mark.
Lazio is on the fourth position with 72 points from 35 games while Cagliari is on 13th position from the same number of games.
