The Malawi national women’s football team on Friday departed for Kenya for the return leg of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic qualifies.
She Flames coach Abel Mkandawire has traveled with a squad of 20 players including Chinese based Tabitha Chawinga as well as Swedish bases Temwa Chawinga.
The Chawinga sisters were influential for the She Flames in the first leg on Wednesday at the Kamuzu Stadium where they won 3-2.
According to Kenya Football Association the match will be played on Sunday behind closed doors. The aggregate winner will face Ghana or Gabon in the other round of the qualification.
