Jurgen Klopp’s squad rotation for Liverpool’s 2-1 FA Cup defeat to Wolves was caused by players who “failed miserably”, according to former England captain Alan Shearer.

Klopp brought on Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah 20 minutes before the end, it was to late. Apart from a Xherdan Shaqiri free-kick that hit the post, Liverpool didn’t perform.
