Stevie Madeira has announced his resignation from his position as Be Forward Wanderers Football Club team manager with immediate effect.

In a letter written on Tuesday 21 may, 2019 Madeira has sited his stepping down to the accusations of him being a confusion-influence and political issues at the club.

Madeira has also asked the Lali Lubani team to pay him his money amounting to seven million kwacha he used for some of the clubs expenses such as paying the players daily allowances, game bonuses to players and technical officials and other daily runnings of the team within the next 72 hours.

For the past two weeks Be Forward Wanderers Football Club supporters forced the teams executive committee to fire the Bob Mpinganjira led technical panel and Stevie Madeira and goalkeeper trainer Valence Kamzele were still part of the team a thing that lead to fans calling for his resignation.

Stevie Madeira has been Be Forward Wanderers Football Club team manager since 2015 and was part of the technical panel that guided the team to win the Super League in 2017 after 11 years.
