Yanga Sports Club head coach, Zlatko Krmpotic has assigned new roles to his strikers, Yacouba Sagné and Michael Sarpong as he wants them to score a goal in every match in the Vodacom Premier League.
The Serbian coach started that statement after his team managed to score only three goals in their first three matches of the season.
He admitted to having all the reasons to demand goals from his strikers Yacouba Sagné and Michael Sarpong because the more they score the longer they’re going to stay in their lane this season.
“Some other times, the winning results are good for us, as they’re helping us to reach our targets although we’re not yet at our best form and performances that we’re all looking for.
“We have scored a few goals since the league started. It’s a problem and we’re working on it to make sure that our strikers are scoring many goals as possible.
This is because at the end of the day we’re winning with few goals and this might cost us in the coming days, so they must change,” says Yanga Sports Club head coach Krmpotic.
