Former Yanga Sports Club winger , and the Vodacom Premier League player of the season in 2016/17 Simon Msuva states his top three players who can play abroad.
Simon Msuva who is playing for Difaa El Jadid Club in Morocco Premier League has mentioned the players that he believes they can be even better when playing abroad.
He said Tanzania has many talented players and they can play abroad whenever they get a chance to do so, because they have potential to play in the leagues abroad.
“Ibrahim Ajib is one of the talented players here in Tanzania and he can play in many roles. Ajib offers many options as wide player, second striker, number ten and even as attacking Midfielder,” says Simon Msuva about Ibrahim Ajib who is currently playing for Simba Sports Club.
“Aishi Manula, he is one the gifted goalkeepers we have here, I know he is doing better at Simba Sports Club. He can grow even better if he decides to move to Europe or somewhere else in the world, and play professional football.” Aishi Manula is currently the leading goalkeeper with more clean sheets.
Last but not least, Msuva mentioned his younger brother, James Msuva who is playing for Kinondoni Municipal Counsel Football Club.
“If James gets more playing time at his club, he will show great things, unfortunately injuries have held him back a lot. Tanzanians should focus on him as well, he will help the National team one day.”
Ibrahim Ajib, Aishi Manila and James Msuva there are all have a great impact in their clubs in Vodacom Premier League, except Ibrahim Ajib who does not have more playing time at Simba Sports Club due to squad depth and stiff competition.
