Former AS Vita Club holding midfielder who is currently serving Yanga Sports Club has asked for patience from their fans as they are building strong team.
Yanga Sports Club started the season with a 1-1 draw against Tanzania Prisons, the results that annoyed their fans.
Following their strong summer transfer campaign, Yanga Sports Club fans had high expectations from their players and thus a 1-1 draw was not a good result for them.
“We are building a team, it could have been worse if we started the season by dropping three points, fortunately we got one point. We played well and it wasn’t our day to score more goals, I’m sure they will come along soon.
“They shouldn’t be worried with a draw, they have to calm down we have the best team. We will be winning more matches in the coming days, they have to be patient with us, it is a matter of time,” says Yanga Sports Club holding midfielder Mukoko Tonombe.
Yanga Sports Club will host Mbeya City in their next Vodacom Premier League fixture late Sunday , September 13, 2020.
