Newly promoted side to Premier league, Namungo FC has started to look for new faces in the quest of improving their squad. The team is set to sign two players from Yanga SC including the goalkeeper Ramadhan Kambwili.
Namungo FC’s chairman Hassan Zidadu, while watching Yanga SC during their last match against Azam FC in the National Stadium said
” It is true am here to watch two players, the midfielder Simon ‘Gustavo’ and Kabwili, I have seen them as good players, but I need to scout them more, let us wait anything can happen”
Kabwili was asked about the transfer to Namungo FC if he knows anything said, “I did not know if they were here watching me, I don’t know, but if they need me and we agreed on terms, then it will be fine for me to join them (Namungo FC)”.
After the match Hassan Zidadu was talking with Yanga Sc General secretary of Youth team Said Maulid ‘SMG’.
Namungo FC management are planning to ensure they have a wide squad that will bring challenges to their premier league opponents in the next season.
