Tanzania Premier League Board has stopped the use of Karume Stadium in Mara region for all Vodacom Premier League matches in this season.
Before the statement from Tanzania Premier League Board, Karume Stadium hosted one premier league match between Biashara United and Ruvu Shooting.
The statement says Karume Stadium does not meet the requirements needed as it has a bad pitch and the changing rooms as well.
The board have given out 21 days to the stadium management to work on the improvements of the pitch and changing rooms before a further inspection by license committee.
The League Board also directed Biashara United Football Club to look for another ground they can use as their home games for the Vodacom Premier League.
Biashara United Football Club will have to choose between Nyamagana Stadium and CCM Kirumba both located in Mwanza region to use for the rest of Vodacom Premier League.
