Red Lions football club striker Ronald Pangani says he has fully recovered from his knee injury and he is ready to do his best for the club once football resumes in the country.
The former Malawi under 20 national football team striker got injured while at his former club Silver Strikers before he was later released by the central bankers early this year.
But according to Pangani, he has been undergoing recovery sessions which have made him return his fitness and once football resumes, people should expect to see the old Pangani they used to see.
“I sustained a knee injury which lowered my performance on the ground and I have been receiving help from Silver Strikers as well as my new club Red Lions which has helped me to fully recover that once football resumes in the country, defenders should expect tough times from me,” said Pangani.
The Zomba based soldiers brought in to their squad Ronald Pangani early this year as they prepared for their return into the TNM super league were they got relegated in 2019 and were promoted back into the elite league after being champions of the 2019 Thumbs Up southern region football association (SRFA) league.
