Malawi national football team defender Precious Sambani and striker Hassan Kajoke are reluctant to sign contract extensions at their club Nyasa Big Bullets as they hope to seal deals with foreign clubs.

Sambani who joined the 2019 TNM super league champions from Namiwawa FC after playing on loan at Be Forward Wanderers has a year left to his contract and is wanted by a South African National First Division (NFL) club, TS Sporting which also has Malawian striker Chawanangwa Kawonga.

Despite being the people’s team and goal scorer last season with 15 goals, Hassan Kajoke does not have a professional contract with the people’s team as he was only registered as a semi-senior player having graduated from the teams reserve side two years ago.

Sambani and Kajoke were influencial for Bullets title defence in 2019 and were named the team’s best defender and striker of the season respectively. The two also had their dream of playing in Europe shattered as the move to undergo trials with a Ukraine side failed due to materials last year.
