Silver not done with signings,Karonga,Chitipa on the hunt

Silver Strikers football club head coach Daniel Kabwe has told the club they need to sign three more players before the start of the season for the team to compete for honours this year.

The Zambian tactian will be in charge of the central bankers after joining the club this year made the remarks on Monday when the team unveiled three players they have signed. The team has bought goalkeeper Antony Singini from Karonga united, strikers Foster Bitoni and Stain Davie from Blue Eagles and TN Stars.

Speaking at the unveiled ceremony, Kabwe said the team needs to have more quality players ahead of their mission to start winning trophies.
“We are rebuilding the team and we need to bring in three more players to give the team depth and bring competition among players. We have also promoted players from our reserve side who are showing signs of helping the main team,” said kabwe.

In a related development, Karonga united football club has signed defender Suzgo Mwakasinga from Mzuzu Warriors and Steve Saka from Dwangwa united. The two have each signed a two years contract. They will be with the club until 2022 while Muhammad Dayison formerly of Dwangwa united has signed a two years contract with Chitipa united.
