Be Forward Wanderers Football Club can breath a sigh of relief as some of the players whose contracts expired have committed their future to the club.
Defender Bongani Kaipa who joined the Lali Lubani team in 2015 from Azam Tigers Football Club and midfielder Rafiq Namwera have each signed a three years contract after the expiry of their agreements at the end of the month of March 2019 and the new deal will see them at the club until 2021, while midfielder Mike Kaziputa has penned a one year contract.
Speaking after putting pen to paper Bongani Kayipa said he is happy at the club that’s why he has opted to stay put at Wanderers.
“Am happy at Wanderers that’s why I have decided to extend my stay at the club and the team should expect a lot from me in my stay here.
“Where there are two or more people disagreements are always there and you just need to work them out and I can say at Be Forward Wanderers am given all I need and am thank for that plus I have a good relationship with my teammates”, Kaipa said.
Be Forward Wanderers Football Club team manager Stevie Madeira said as a club they are happy for the players has opted to stay put at the 2018 FISD Challenge Cup champions.
“They are all good player and have been of great service to the team since they joined the team. With them committed their future with the club we are happy and we expect that they will continue working hard as they have always done “, Madeira said.
