The Vodacom Premier League season 2019/20 has ended with more impressive statistics around the clubs and players as well.
Rwandan Striker Meddie Kagere emerged as top scorer consecutively in the Vodacom Premier League, Tanzanian strikers are not far behind him in both seasons.
In season 2019/20 Meddie Kagere registered 23 goals, just one goal behind his last season 24 goals tally.
Kagera Sugar top scorer Yusuph Mhillu and Mbao Football Club top scorer Waziri Junior are the only Tanzanian strikers who registered a lot of goals in Vodacom Premier League this season.
Waziri Junior started his career at Azam Football Club before serving Biashara United on loan and later signed at Mbao Football Club on a permanent transfer.
As well as Yusuf Mhillu started his career at Yanga Sports Club where they loaned him to Ndanda Football Club, before joining Kagera Sugar.
These two strikers have both scorer 13 goals in Vodacom Premier League, which is more goals than any other Tanzanian striker.
