Striker Jafali Chande is set to revive his football career as he is training with the 2018 Carlsberg cup championship Masters Security Football Club.

Chande who made a controversial move from Big Bullets Football Club to rivals Be Forward Wanderers Football Club in 2015 has not been active on the field of play since dumping the club last year.

Last month Chande opted to join Mitundu Strikers Football Club at his home base in Lilongwe a thing that prompted coach for Masters Security Football Club Abasi Makawa who coached the player at EPAC football Club to call for him to start trials with the club.

In an interview Abasi Makawa said Chande who has experience having played for big teams like Big Bullets and Be Forward Wanderers needs more time for him to be a complete player who can be able to deliver on the ground.

“We are still assessing him in all the areas that will make him to be a complete player who can deliver on the ground and that is a process that needs time considering that he has been out of action for so long but the few weeks he has been training with us he has shown the talent is still there which just needs polishing.

“He is lacking fitness and power behind the ball but all I can say is the boy has a future but give us time as Masters Security Football Club to assess him better but we would love him to be part of us this season as he can be a great assert to the team”, Makawa said.

At Master’s Security Football Club striker Jafali Chande has rejoined his former team mates at Nyasa Big Bullets Football Club Mussa Manyenje and Kondwani Kumwenda as well as coach Elia Kananji who coached him at Be Forward Wanderers and Nyasa Big Bullets as he is deputising Makawa at Masters Security.
