Masters Security caretaker coach Jabilu Maliro says he hopes his sides win against Red Lions in the FISD cup is a start of a new chapter.
The 2018 Calsberg cup winners defeated the Zomba based soldiers 2-1 in the preliminary round of the competition on Sunday.
Maliro said with his side not doing fine in the TNM super league the win should open a new chapter.
“Am happy we won the game against Red Lions in the FISD cup. We have been looking for a win and am happy it has come. This will help us as the boys will regain confidence in themselves and expect good results from the team in the coming games”, he said.
Masters Security have failed to register a win in the second round of the super league after playing four games. Currently they are on position 16 with 14 points from 19 games.
