Uganda government has ordered marijuana seeds and soil for cultivating marijuana worthy billions of Ugandan shillings.
According to the Ugandan newspaper The Daily Monitor, last year a total of 150tonnes of fertile soil and 2,000kg for the purpose of cultivating marijuana.
Those seeds and soil in 5 containers were imported into the country were from seeds granary in Netherlands, Sri Lanka and an Island in S. Asia.
The Daily Monitor traced documents for importation with Uganda Revenue Authority Stamp dated 30th August 2018.
The establishment of cultivation of marijuana was authorized by the ministry of Agriculture for a purpose of acquiring raw materials for making human medicine.
