Be Forward Wanderers football club general secretary Victor Maunde says the club will use the opportunity they have of meeting his excellence the state president professor Arthur Peter Muthalika to tell him all their grievances.
The nomads together with arc rivals Nyasa Big Bullets football club will meet president Muthalika on Thursday as he will launch the commencement of construction works for stadiums he pledged to the two clubs.
Maunde said with the club struggling financially with a debt of k79 million they accumulated in 2018 when they participated in the Confederation of Africa (CAF) champions league, they will leave no stone unturned as he might be the solution the club is looking for that they will utilize the opportunity at hand.
“As Wanderers, we are struggling financially that we even have a debt of k79 million which has made us stranded. For that reason we will use the opportunity we have on Thursday to talk to the president about all our problems and see how he can help us as the government is another shoulder we can lean on. He is the first citizen of the country and with his love and passion for football we hope he will help us,” he said.
